I would like to take this opportunity to let you know how thankful we are for the wonderful commitment that Cindy gives to her work effort. It has been a very difficult two months for Joe. There were weeks of pain and infection during and after the second root canal. I was able to share our concerns with Cindy and she was gracious and caring each time. She followed us through all the effort of finding an oral surgeon and always returning each call to us. She is an outstanding employee as she continued to go the “extra mile” for us. I have known Cindy for many years as Joe and I are very loyal patients. She continues to care for the patients through all these years. I commend her for assisting us as we were able to get an appointment. with an oral surgeon. Cindy is kind and compassionate and exhausted every avenue as she called the endodontist to ready the x rays for the surgeon. She did this task quickly and it allowed us to speak with the surgeon this morning. I thank you for calling Joe and assisting him in getting the needed antibiotics. Once again thank you Cindy from the bottom of our hearts. I look forward to having my cleaning in the next few weeks.
